We'll then explore "HOW" to assess, generate, improve, and communicate your ESG performance, drawing from my 10 years of experience and scientific background. By balancing costs and technology with the help of my network, we'll aim for worthwhile investments. Ultimately, we'll deliver the "WHAT" - a holistic, customized ESG approach tailored to your company's needs and external demands, with minimal costs.

ABOUT ME
Sustainability is my passion, and I strongly believe that companies have a great lever to create change. This is why I decided almost 15 years ago to work in the field of corporate sustainability. With a bachelor's in Social Sciences focused on sustainability, followed by a master's in "Organizational Cultures and Knowledge Transfer" centered on the same topic, I embarked on a joint PhD program with Leuphana University and Volkswagen AG. Over the past 12 years, I've worked in corporate sustainability at Volkswagen, Audi, and two consultancy firms. Now, as a freelancer, I offer my holistic, authentic support to those seeking my academic and practical expertise.
